AI Product Manager

You'll own client delivery end-to-end. When a project kicks off, you're the one translating client goals into engineering work. When things get messy, you're the one keeping everyone aligned and moving forward.

You're the bridge between our clients and our engineering team — turning ambiguous business problems into clear technical work, owning the client relationship, and making sure we deliver on time without burning anyone out.

What you'll do

Run custom AI/ML development and AI automation projects end-to-end
Gather business and product requirements, build roadmaps, and prioritize work together with engineers
Own the client relationship — you're their main point of contact
Set and manage expectations relentlessly. Mid-market clients can have fuzzy requirements — your job is to create clarity
Set a high pace of delivery with weekly client demos
Protect scope without damaging the relationship. Know when to push back and when to flex
Keep 3–5 projects running smoothly in parallel

What we're looking for

5–10 years in client-facing delivery roles — consulting, agency, or professional services
You've shipped AI/ML or data-intensive projects in production
You can explain a RAG pipeline to a CFO and a product trade-off to an engineer
You've worked with mid-market clients who expect speed and results, not formality
You thrive in ambiguity — you don't wait for perfect requirements, you create structure
You've managed multiple concurrent projects without dropping balls
Bonus: background in product management for AI/ML products, experience with RPA or automation tools, or you've built business cases and ROI analyses for automation initiatives
