Challenge

A leading healthcare scale-up faced a 30-day time to hire. Despite a sizable HR team (40+ people), hiring remained slow due to manual processes: screening each candidate by phone, nudging them through the pipeline, and delivering voice trainings post-hire.

Solution

We implemented a Voice AI agent that could screen candidates within minutes of their application. Candidates who passed the screening were immediately booked for a call with a recruiter. The AI agent was integrated with their ATS, sending back key data including transcripts, summaries, and sentiment analysis.
