Challenge:
Lawyers typically dedicate 15–25% of their time to legal research, often using outdated and inefficient search tools. This not only slows down case preparation but also limits time available for client interaction.
Solution:
We built a secure, intelligent chatbot that can seamlessly integrate with the firm’s internal data within a secure Microsoft environment, to ensure data privacy and compliance. The chatbot was able to quickly retrieve relevant case information from millions of documents, and allow lawyers to interact with documents and ask follow-up questions in natural language.
Impact:
The chatbot drastically reduces the time lawyers spend on legal research, freeing them to focus more on case strategy and client engagement.
