MONY Group is the fintech group behind MoneySuperMarket, MoneySavingExpert, Quidco and other brands that help households save money.
Teams across MONY Group have already been exploring how AI could support productivity and innovation across departments, but experimentation was naturally fragmented. Confidence levels and understanding of how to prompt effectively ranged widely. The leadership team recognised the need for a shared language and a baseline of AI capability, one that would empower teams to use Generative AI confidently and responsibly, aligned with MONY Group’s AI Policy.
Bonsai Labs helped MONY Group equip over 200 employees with the skills, confidence, and structure to use generative AI effectively, by delivering a series of enterprise-ready AI training courses.
We delivered a Prompt Engineering Workshop series tailored to MONY Group’s brief and level of AI readiness.
The sessions combined practical instruction, interactive exercises, and real-time experimentation, designed to shift participants from basic curiosity to confident application.
Trainings focused on ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, and the underlying prompting structures and skills were designed to be applied across the wider ecosystem of AI assistants, including tools such as Perplexity and other emerging LLM interfaces. This gave participants a foundation they can use regardless of which AI tool they adopt next.

Following the success of the initial workshops, MONY Group is continuing the collaboration with Bonsai Labs with follow-up modules focused on Intermediate Prompt Engineering sessions, for teams ready to extend into projects, automations, and Custom GPTs.
By equipping over 100 employees with structured AI skills, MONY Group has built the foundation for confident, compliant, and creative AI adoption, driven by a shared AI literacy and increase in AI fluency.
